The Four Seasons Belgian Shepherd Dog Club was formed in 1998 for the purpose of promoting the
Belgian Shepherd Dog through responsible breeding, education, open sharing of information, and through sustaining the versatility and working ability of the Belgian Shepherd Dog. The club is associated with the United Kennel Club and the United Belgian Shepherd Dog Association (UBSDA) is its parent club.
In promoting the Belgian Shepherd Dog, the club engages in such activities as holding conformation shows and matches, fun days both for the camaraderie and the sharing of ideas, informational seminars, herding instinct tests, temperament tests, and other related activities. A general meeting is held each year in conjunction with one of the club's activities in the fall. Four Seasons has hosted the UBSDA National Specialty twice, and hosts regional specialties in conjunction with the UBSDA National Specialty and UKC Premier.
Membership in the club is open to anyone interested in the purebred Belgian Shepherd Dog as recognized by the UKC. Members primarily live in Southeast Michigan but are found in other areas of Michigan and in other states as well.
